Ok so i know its a “Diet” and everything, but i thought about giving it a try. I am completely addicted to bread- and i think its what has been causing me problems, in particular trying to lose these last bits of fat ( I heard bread is the main contributor to excess belly fat, which is precisly what i want to get rid of..) Paleo is basically a high fibre ( from plenty of veg) and high protein diet which is far less restrictive than others, just need to stay away from starchy foods ( potatoes) limit dairy, and cut out bread (actually wheat breads nut breads seem to be ok, in moderation)

Here is my first attempt at Paleo dinner: pan fried chicken breast served on a bed of cauliflower mash and a side of hot home made tomato chutney/salsa! Let me tell you, it was freakin’ delicious!


Also i took a small joy/ power trip in wearing my husbands gloves for about ten seconds. hehehe
